API ERW tube Mill – 219mm × 12.7mm Straight Seam High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line (Year 2017, Online Service)

1. Uncoiling & Feeding Section 

1.1 Coil loading car / feeding trolley

1.4 Two-roll pinch roll unit + five-roll leveling/flattening machine

2.1 Centering guide unit, two-roll pinch roll, side roll (edging roll), two-roll pre-forming unit, common base frame, driven by two AC variable-frequency motors (approx. 90 kW each)
2.2 Four-stand rough forming rolls, motorized roll adjustment, common/interchangeable tooling, one-touch position memory (preset recall) – equipped with four AC variable-frequency motors
2.3 Four side rolls (edging rolls), motorized adjustment, one-touch recall, common tooling
2.4 Two sets of circular forming rolls, motorized adjustment, common tooling
2.5 Fin-pass guide rolls, four-roll squeeze rolls (welding rolls), scarfing / burr removal station
2.6 Sifang Sanyi 800 kW solid-state high-frequency welder (HF induction welder)
2.7 Two sets of intermediate-frequency weld seam annealing units (Origin: Baoding)
2.8 Air cooling roller table + water cooling trough
2.9 Three-stand sizing section, motorized roll adjustment (requires roll change/tooling replacement); one four-roll Turkish head (universal forming head)
– Plus fourth sizing stand, driven by four AC variable-frequency motors (approx. 90 kW each)

• horizontal roll shaft diameter: 220 mm

• Vertical roll shaft diameter: 140 mm

• Forming machine: 6 × 90 kW motors

• Sizing machine: 4 × 90 kW motors

Current mill is set up with one set of tooling for Ø219 mm.

Production Capability: Capable of manufacturing API specification pipes.only make round pipes, cannot make square or rectangular pipes
