Material state

The inlet coil must satisfy the following conditions：

（a）Accident，Flatness

H/P≤2％（On the strip edge）

H/P≤1.5％（In strip center）

Whether at the edge or the center of the strip, the wave height of the strip is less than 10 mm per 1000 mm.

（b）Edge wave

The strip must be free of unilateral waves along the whole length direction.

（c）Sickle bending of Strip

Strip sickle bending should not exceed 10 mm in any 1000mm length.

（d）The thickness deviation of strip is less than ±5％.

（e）Strip crack

Edge part：Strip thickness £ 0.4mm :Max length. 3mm：

Strip thickness > 0.4mm: Max length. 5mm

Middle：Max length. 10mm

（f）Width deviation of strip：0～＋6mm

（g）Turriform:less than 30mm

（h）Surface defects of Strip

Strip surface must be free from any serious defects. Severe surface defects are layered, severely super-thick, scar and laminated strip steel.
